A century-old neighborhood on Chicago's Northwest Side, the Villa is characterized by parkway streets, stone planters and distinctive examples of early 20th Century residential architecture.
The Villa is a close-knit community of residents who enjoy working together to keep the neighborhood a great place to live. We are especially proud to be on the National Register of Historic Places and designated as a City of Chicago Historic Landmark District.
The Villa is featured in numerous magazines and books, and is a stop on Chicago Architecture Foundation bus tours. In 2007, we marked our 100th anniversary with a centennial celebration complete with period costumes, horse and carriage rides and recorded oral histories.
We invite you to learn more about the Villa by browsing our website, joining our Facebook group, or reserving a spot on one of our guided walking tours.
